Limelight Prom-Night Sweepstakes Official Rules.
SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:01 A.M. ET ON APRIL 14, 2008 AND ENDS AT 11:59 P.M. ET ON MAY 30, 2008 (the "Entry Period"). SWEEPSTAKES TICKETS ARE NOT FOR SALE AND WILL NOT BE SOLD. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. To enter: Log on to www.yungkings.com/limelight during the Entry Period and complete the official entry form in the "Limelight Prom-Night Sweepstakes " section of the site. You may also send a postcard, along with you name, age, email address, address and telephone number to YungKings Recordings, LLC, "Limelight Prom-Night Sweepstakes", C/O Promotion Dept , 340 W 42nd ST New York, NY 10036. Limit one free mail-in entry per person and per household. Entries that are garbled, incomplete, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility will not be eligible. If there is a dispute about whom the registered email address belongs to, it will be deemed submitted by the email account holder. If multiple entries are received for any one (1) ticket number, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified. YungKings Recordings, LLC ("Sponsor"), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
2. One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 31, 2008 and will be notified by email. If potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of attempted notification, all rights to the prize are forfeited and Sponsor will select an alternate winner. All decisions of the judges are final.
Grand Prize consists of the following items:
- $500 Macy's Gift Card
- One (1) Prom-Night Mixtape by DJ Cavalier
Second Place Prize consists of the following item:
- $300 Macy's Gift Card
- One (1) Prom-Night Mixtape by DJ Cavalier
Third Place Prize consists of the following item:
- $100 Macy's Gift Card
- One (1) Prom-Night Mixtape by DJ Cavalier
Four (4) individual Runner-Up Prizes consists of the following item:
- $25 Gift Card
- One (1) Prom-Night Mixtape by DJ Cavalier
Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $515. Approximate retail value of the Second Place Prize is $315. Approximate retail value of the Third Place Prize is $115. Approximate total retail value of all four (4) individual Runner-Up Prizes is $160. All Prizes consist of only those items/services specifically described. Total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $1,105.00.
Winner is responsible for any and all related local, state, federal or other taxes and/or fees that may apply to the prize.
3. Entrants must be at least 13 years old and a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Guam to enter. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Entrants must be enrolled in a high school located within the New York City metropolitian area. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you must obtain your parent or legal guardian's permission to enter. Prize won by a minor will be awarded to his or her parent or legal guardian, who must assist in the execution of the necessary affidavit and must accompany the winner at all times during the trip. Employees of YungKings Recordings, LLC, its affiliated companies and their immediate family members are expressly prohibited from participating and are not eligible to win.
4. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Guam and where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
6. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. If an email address is provided on entry form, entrant acknowledges that he/she 1) is over the age of 13; 2) has read the YungKings.com privacy policy (http://www.yungkings.com/info/legal/ppolicy.html) and; 3) is granting YungKings.com permission to send them marketing messages.
7. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, (ii) winner (or parent/guardian if a minor) must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release and return it within seven (7) business days. Failure to provide the information or return the completed documents in the time required will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of winner.
8. By participating, entrants accept the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, directors, employees, officers, and agents; and those companies supplying prizes, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, directors, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities, including without limitation property damage or personal injury which may arise directly or indirectly from acceptance or use of prize.
9. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to YungKings.com, Limelight Prom-Night Sweepstakes, 340 W 42nd ST New York, NY 10036 after May 31, 2008.
